Master VPN NetShield is a VPN utility that helps users create a protected VPN connection from their Android device to a VPN server.

Information we collect

Master VPN NetShield may collect app diagnostics, crash logs, performance information, connection information, device information, and account or payment information when needed to provide enabled app features.

We do not intentionally collect the content of your browsing activity through the VPN.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the VPN service, improve connection reliability, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, provide support, and process purchases or subscriptions if enabled.

VPN traffic

When you connect to the VPN, your device sends network traffic through the VPN tunnel to the selected VPN server. The app clearly indicates when the VPN is connected and provides a way to disconnect.

Sharing information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, payment processors, and customer support tools.

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.

Your choices

You may stop VPN traffic by disconnecting in the app. You may uninstall the app at any time. If the app supports accounts or stores personal data, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
